SHUMC believes it is important for every child to be given an opportunity to experience a spiritual connection as they encounter God through fellowship and worship.  The camping experience allows the camper to make new friends while growing in their faith journey. The summer camp program at South Harborcreek U. M. Church is highly supported by its members.  Typically, all interested children are sent to camp with financial assistance.  This is accomplished through fundraising events and donations. 

We have many camping brochures available for you to look at.  Check them out at the camping table in the Fellowship Hall.  There are Campership forms located on the Camper's table for scholarships.  Fill it out and turn it into the church office along with a copy of your Camper's Registration form.
